Condition Monitoring

Condition monitoring uses advanced techniques to assess the condition and performance of components so that optimum equipment performance can be sustained. Some of the most common condition-based monitoring techniques with EB are monitoring of process parameters, vibration analysis and electric current/voltage and waveform monitoring. The alerts and anomalies are forwarded to the Blue IoT engineering team for expert analysis, reporting and recommended actions.

Sub-Solution 2

Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD)

EB uses FDD – an analytics tool that identifies faults in HVAC and other systems – to alert any maintenance problems and how they should be addressed. Based on research into faults in and relationships between the different equipment and processes in such systems, EB uses FDD to monitor its data points in real-time and then applies a set of rules. The alerts and anomalies are forwarded to the Blue IoT engineering team for expert analysis, reporting and recommended actions.

Sub-Solution 3

Leak Detection

EB leverages water meters to determine normal use patterns. When unusually large amounts of consumption are detected, notifications are immediately sent. Additional loop-based sensors are also leveraged to determine any flooding activity within buildings.
